The Taste of Edmonton has long been a staple for a city rich in culinary diversity. Running from July 18th to the 28th, this year will mark its 40th Anniversary and we are honoured to be a part of this milestone event. To celebrate, we will have 2 booths this year showcasing authentic Italian dishes.
At Booth 32 you will find one of the most popular appetizers in Italy, Bruschetta. Perfectly toasted bread topped with ripe tomatoes, basil and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. This is a light and delicious way to start off any meal and is also a great vegetarian option! Next is a delicious Pannino with your choice of hot or mild Italian meats and slice of provolone cheese – the perfect sandwich! Finally enjoy classic Beef Tortellini with your choice of either a classic marinara, a rose or a creamy alfredo sauce!
Once you’re ready for dessert, come visit us at booth 9 where you will find traditional Italian Desserts such as the perfectly crispy Sicilian Cannoli with 5 different options from the Classic Ricotta cream to a delicious Oreo filling! Whether you’re in the mood for Sweet or Savoury (or both!) Indulge in the flavours of Italy at Edmonton’s biggest food festival of the year!
